Painting inspector - FROSIO Inspector Level III

Scope of professional activities:

• Inspection and check of surface preparation –design consideration, sharp edges correction, surface condition
• Check of surface preparation – metal substrates, concrete, other substrates for painting, galvanized surfaces – surface profile, cleanliness, de-dusting, volume of soluble salts assesment
• Measurements and evaluations of paint layer thickness
• Checks of homogeneousness and quality of the paint, high-voltage spark test for pores and holidays
• Check of paint adhesion by pull-off test or grid
• Advisory service for selection of a suitable paint system and technology of surface preparation
• Consultancy and preparation of specifications and technological procedures
• Applications and testing of paint samples
• Monitoring of weather (surface preparation and application) conditions
• Equipment and necessary instruments for the above mentioned activities
• Territorial range – Europe
• Daily and finaly reporting including photo documentation
• Expediting service
